Weapon

A weapon is the player's first means of offense against enemies in Soulbound. Weapons can be forged, dropped from enemies, or found in chests.

Types of Weapons

Players are encouraged to choose the type of weapon that works best for their playstyle and/or enemy encounters:

• Sword - strikes in an arc quickly, for more frequent damage.
• Greatsword - slower but generally more powerful and can reach long distances in a line.
• Heavy Weapon (Hammer or Axe) - pound the ground with a reverberating effect, leaving aftershock damage.

Equipping Cosmetics

Both regular gear and Cosmetics can be equipped in the regular or Cosmetic slots.

Equip whichever gear you wish to wear for Stats in the regular slots, and aesthetic gear in the Cosmetic slots. This will allow you to keep your preferred Stats while displaying a customized look.

Tip: To equip a cosmetic weapon that is a different type from the one in the Gear slot,

you must first prepare a weapon₁ of the same type as the cosmetic.

Place this prepared weapon₁ (the one that matches the cosmetic type) into the Gear slot,

then put the cosmetic weapon₂ you want to use into the Cosmetic slot.

Finally, open your bag (press B on the keyboard),

right-click the weapon₃ in your bag, and choose Equip.
