Tools

Tools are items used by players to perform various tasks such as farming, foraging, fishing, mining, and hacking.

There are two main categories of tools:

Equipable Tools – These tools must be equipped to be used and typically provide continuous or passive effects.
Usable Tools – These tools are used directly by the player, often consumed or activated to perform a specific action.
