Minamoto Intro Scene is the eighth beat of the tutorial opening loop in Soulbound: Online. It is a scripted scene in the Back Room of the Foundation Mountain complex, in which Minamoto rescues the player from the Anima and invites them to seek him out.

Walkthrough

The rescue

Minamoto pulls the player out of the Anima's reach. In the exchange his companions Cipher, Delta and Salvor speak — Salvor warning "We're losing the connection. GO!" — before the player is sent onward. The scene bridges the tutorial into the Virelda hub, where the first hub quest, Stash It Away, begins.
