Dull Katana

The Dull Katana is a starter sword bought from Finnley during Gold Rush, the fifth quest of the opening tutorial in Soulbound: Online. It is the first weapon most players equip, and one of the game's default weapons alongside the Refined Hammer and the Cobblestone Longsword.

The Dull Katana has no crafting recipe. It is bought from the vendor Finnley (vendor ID tutorial_travelling_vendor) for 2 gold.

Notes

The previous version of this article recorded a damage value of 4, a tier of F, a level of 1 and a "beginner weapon" build. Damage and tier are not stored on the item in the current cluster export — it carries only the precision, power and critical-strike-chance bonuses above — so neither is repeated in the infobox. The level of 1 matches the item's own examine text, LVL 1 Weapon.
That version also gave the sources as given by the Major during the tutorial phase and sold by Farok in Virelda for 2 gold. The current tutorial sources the weapon from Finnley during Gold Rush, also at 2 gold. Both older sources are kept in the table above pending confirmation.
The infobox sell value of 0 gold is the item's stored goldValue, not its purchase price, which is 2 gold in both the current and the previous data.
