Speak to Dell beside the pond near the Beacon in Virelda to begin the quest.

1. Travel north of Virelda and enter the Eastern Arena via the Virelda Outskirts passage
2. Defeat the Cactaro Knight in Tier 1
3. Return to Dell to complete the quest
