Money making guide/Mining iron nodes
The rates on this page have not been verified.(flagged 2026-07-29)
The structure is right, the numbers are not confirmed. If you have played this method, please correct them — how many nodes you really manage in an hour, what actually drops, and how much of it. Everything here is editable and nothing here is official.
| Skill | |
| Category | Gathering |
| Location | Overworld ore nodes, including around Neo-Tilus |
| Intensity | Low |
=== What you get ===
| Item | Quantity | Sell value each |
|---|---|---|
| Iron Ore | ? per node | 1 |
=== Requirements ===
One node can drop more than one item, so the quantity per node is not simply 1 — it needs measuring over a run of nodes.
Method
Mining an ore node works two ways:
- Stand next to the node and click-and-hold to charge, then release at the peak of the swing.
- Click the node to strike it three times automatically and collect what it drops.
The hold-and-release method rewards timing; the click method is the one to use when you are watching something else.
Improving this guide
This guide has the structure but not the numbers. Two things turn it into a real gold-per-hour figure, and neither needs any special permission:
- Nodes per hour. Play for an hour, count, and put the number in
actions per hour.
- What you get per node, in the
outputslots — and the
value of anything not yet priced.
See Wiki:Money making guide/Editing guide if you have not edited one of these before. Estimates clearly marked as estimates are much more useful here than nothing.
