The Garden Shears are a farming tool given to the player during Sowing Seeds, the fourth quest of the opening tutorial in Soulbound: Online. They are used to harvest a grown crop at Beginner's Bay after using the Watering Can, yielding a Wild Berry.
Note: the item's canonical ID in webb-dev (test_sickle) looks like a development placeholder rather than a final name. Do not treat this ID as final.
