Foundation Bulwark Helm (Tier 5)

This is the Tier 5 version. For other versions, see Tier 6.

Foundation Bulwark Helm is a Tier 5 Foundation armor piece worn in the head slot. It can be crafted at the Gearforge Station or found in dungeon chests, where dropped copies roll bonus stats.

Possible rolls

Every Foundation Bulwark Helm — dungeon-dropped or crafted — rolls 1 of the following stat combinations. Each package's stats come together as a fixed set; they are not rolled one by one. Dungeon drops and crafted copies pick each package with equal odds (5% each: Legendary 15% / Epic 45% / Rare 40%).
