The Tired Soul is an upbeat cafe owned by Hazel. She provides the player with multiple quests. Vanny's portion of The Chief's Dilemma, Vanny's Dilemma, is started and finished inside The Tired Soul. When in the Tired Soul, Jamie plays his Trumpet and low-fi jazz music can be heard along with the bustling chatter of others.
Location
The Tired Soul is located in Arcadia, at the top left of the map — to the right of the generator.
Stamina Regeneration
When in the Tired Soul, stamina regenerates at a rate of 20 per 1 minute.
