Energy
All players manage three core energy types: Health, Stamina, and Yoku.
Each is consumed through specific activities and can be replenished through various methods depending on the type.
Health
Health determines how much damage your character can take before dying.
How to Restore Health
- Eat +Health foods – Instantly restores or adds to a portion of your Health
- Drink a Health potion – Fast healing during combat (Hotkey "Z")
- Use a Healing Oasis – Found mid-run in certain dungeons
- Exit a Dungeon – Fully restores your Health
- Passive Regeneration – Health slowly recovers over time when out of combat
Stamina
Stamina is consumed when performing Gathering actions like Foraging, Mining, Fishing, and Hacking.
Gathering actions consume 3 stamina per action. If you are hacking or fishing and the action fails, stamina will not be consumed.
How to Restore Stamina
- Eat +Stamina Food – Examples include Salad, Grilled Cheese, or Onigiri from Farok
- Visit The Tired Soul – Sitting inside this Arcadia café gradually replenishes stamina
- Passive Regeneration – Stamina slowly refills over time, even while idle or offline
Yoku
Yoku is a resource in Soulbound used to unlock chests in dungeons. The cost varies depending on the dungeon difficulty.
Uses
Yoku is primarily consumed to open chests at the end of dungeon runs. The amounts required are:

Daily Recharge
Players automatically replenish 800 Yoku every day at 00:00 UTC.
Pioneer Tasks (Contracts)
Yoku can be earned as rewards from completing Pioneer Tasks (also known as Contracts) through the Pioneer's Guild. There are three rarities of tasks, each rewarding a different amount of Yoku:

Players receive 10 Contract Permits daily at 00:00 UTC, with a maximum of 60 permits stored. Each task requires one permit to accept, and players can have up to 5 active tasks at a time.
For example, completing 10 Extreme Pioneer Tasks would reward 750 Yoku (10 × 75), in addition to the daily 800 Yoku recharge.
Other Methods
- Soul Soup from Spectra: Consuming Soul Soup obtained from Spectra replenishes 3000 Yoku.
Tips
- Keep an eye on task capacity resets add +10 up to 60, so try not to sit capped or you’ll miss free task refills.
