Energy
All players manage three core energy types: Health, Stamina, and Yoku.
Each is consumed through specific activities and can be replenished through multiple methods, depending on the type.
Health
Health determines how much damage your character can withstand from enemies before dying.
How to Recharge Health
You can recover Health through several methods:
- Eat +Health Foods – Meals that restore Health instantly.
- Drink a Health potion – Quick and effective during combat.
- Use a Healing Oasis – Found in certain dungeons for mid-run recovery.
- Exit a Dungeon – Restores your Health upon leaving.
- Passive Regeneration – Health slowly recovers over time when out of combat.
Stamina
Stamina is used for Gathering activities like Foraging, Mining, Fishing, and Hacking.
Cost of Stamina
Typically, each Skill action takes 3 Stamina.
How to Recharge Stamina
You can recover Stamina in several ways:
- Eat +Stamina Foods – Food (such as Salad, Grilled Cheese, or Onigiri from Farok) restore stamina instantly.
- Visit The Tired Soul – Spending time in The Tired Soul in this Arcadia location replenishes Stamina over time.
- Passive Regeneration – Stamina slowly refills over time, even while idle.
Yoku
Cost of Yoku
Yoku is used to open dungeon chests, with the cost increasing by dungeon tier:
- Tutorial: 0 Yoku
- Tier 1: 50 Yoku
- Tier 2: 100 Yoku
- Tier 3: 200 Yoku
Daily Yoku Recharge
Players automatically regain 800 Yoku per day, ensuring a steady supply for regular dungeon runs—even for the most active adventurers.
Pioneer Guild Contract Regeneration
Additional Yoku can be earned by completing Pioneer Guild Contracts during dungeon expeditions.
- You gain 10 Contract Points per day, up to a maximum of 60.
- Use them all at once for a big dungeon push, or pace them out over several days—whatever fits your playstyle.
