Bonus stats are what a dungeon-dropped copy gains on top of the base stats in the infobox — never the base stats themselves. A crafted copy has no package at all. See Gear#Dungeon rolls for the model and Wiki:Item page guide for how to write the section around the table.
Roll probabilities are never published on this wiki — only the possible outcomes. That applies to the odds of a rarity band, of a package, and of a legendary effect. Describe how often an item drops from a source in words, in the page's Item sources table.
If you edit this template: the <templatestyles /> tag has to stay on its own line before the {|. On the same line it stops the table parsing altogether.
