The Mayor of Arcadia issued an urgent call for aid: this was not just a threat to the city’s walls, but to its very consciousness.
Players were asked to participate in global events across Soulbound to resist the Mind-Bound’s influence, earn Commission Credits, and fight for the survival of free will itself.
