The Task Manager NPC is located within the Pioneer's Guild to the right of the Bank vendor in Virelda.
She will have an exclamation point icon "!" over her head and you can take on 5 quests at a time.
Consider contributing 50gold to "Refresh" the daily tasks.

Tier I Contracts:
- "Circuit Sleuth" Hack 10 Devices
- Having a hard time finding hackable devices? Try this Tip: In the Zone Minamoto Enter - Shadowed Path dungeon and you can hack the box every 1:15 minutes. To do this enter the dungeon and make it past the energy pulses to the hackable box. Hack it to lower the energy field, but STOP HERE. Wait until the time to runs out and it will reset you back at the dungeon entrance. Run back to the hackable box --Rinse and Repeat until you finish the quest. Cheers!
- Additional Fast-Travel Tip: Once you complete the quest you can die in the dungeon to reset back at Arcadia without loosing anything in your bags!
