Halloweeb Festival 2026 Guide — Editing Permissions and Publishing Process

Hi everyone! I'm new to creating content for a wiki, so I'm still getting familiar with the editing interface.

I submitted the form for Wiki Contributor access recently, and I wanted to check whether I already have permission to edit and publish pages.

I'd like to add a new link under Types of Events called Halloweeb Festival 2026 and publish a detailed guide for this year's event.

Should I create the page directly, or would you prefer me to share the draft in Discussions first for review?
