A Power Core (not to be confused with Power Cores) is a type of fuel source dropped from hacking whilst equipping an unstable generator. They are dropped at an unknown rate, but can be dropped from all tiers of hacking nodes.
Generators inside an apartment must be Level 2 to use them as fuel.
