Follower

A Follower is a non-combat companion of a player. Followers include pets and CryptoWeebs.

How to Summon a Follower

A Follower is summoned by equipping their associated item in the Follower slot on the character Profile.

To summon:

Press B to open Bag
Press C to open the character window
Click-and-drag the Follower item to the Follower slot

To dismiss a Follower:

Unequip the associated Follower item.

Follower Functions

Followers serve the following functions:

aesthetic appeal, including idle animations
collects any nearby items dropped by players (as of 5/12 this is not currently behaving as expected in-game)

The Soulbound player community has requested additional functionality for Followers, including:

Toggle for item drop pick-ups
Toggle for Dungeon-only item pick-ups
Pick-up enemy item drops
Additional storage
Ability to send Follower to sell or bank items
Ability to display Follower in an Apartment
