Fair Trade (Main Quest)
TRADE OFFER! I receive: minnows. You receive: a Foundation Hood
Description: Chum has a Foundation Hood that he fished up. and he's willing to trade it with you for a price
Quest Giver: Chum (Located near Wilson in Neo-Tilus)
Location: Neo-Tilus – Western Fishing Spot
Requirement: Quest: "Cracks in the Foundation" started
Objective:
Catch 3 Minnow and trade them with Chum in exchange for a Foundation Hood.
How to Start:
After obtaining the Old Hacking Tool by completing the Hack to the Future quest, head to Neo-Tilus.
Find Chum, who is relaxing near Wilson. Speak to him to activate the Fair Trade quest.
How to Complete:
- Travel to the western edge of Neo-Tilus, where fishing chances for Minnow are higher.
- Fish until you catch 3 Minnow.
⚠️ Note: This may take 10+ fishing attempts, so patience is key.
- Once you have all 3 Minnow, return to Chum to complete the quest and receive your reward.
Quest Completed!
Rewards:
- Foundation Hood x1
- 500 Fishing EXP
Dialogue:
- Hey there! You looking for something?
- Player: Have you seen a Foundation Hood?
- Why. yessiree! I fished one up just the other day. as a matter of fact.
- Player: Can I have it?
- Absolutely! I have no use for those soggy old rags.
- But perhaps a trade is at hand? I've been trying to fish up Perch all day, but no bite! If you can catch 3 Perch for me, fresh from the sea, it's all yours!

- Don't forget my Perch!
- Bring the Perch to Chum
- Wilson (bug): That looks like a great catch! Thanks.
- Wilson (bug): Here. I have the Foundation Hood that you wanted.
