Viper’s uncovered rumors of a legendary treasure buried deep beneath Neo-Tilus. But treasure alone won’t suffice—only the Blackwake Pirate Council can unlock its secrets. To prove your worth, you must earn the trust of Neo-Tilus’s fiercest buccaneers.
