Apartment
An Apartment is a player's own housing in Soulbound: Online — a piece of land that every player gets as part of the game. Players can also rent additional locations around the world using in-game resources.

Accessing your Apartment
Your apartment is in Virelda. Use the keypad next to the house to enter:
Access Restrictions
You can set who is allowed in:
- Closed – no visitors
- Whitelist – only specific players
- Friends – players on your Friends List
- Open – anyone
Visitors may enter by keypad code or by walking through the entrance.
Apartment Perks
- Access to Teshimi VIP events and exclusive in-game content
- Furnishings (including rentable crafting stations that generate gold)
- Rentable overworld entrances and gold-producing farming plots
Apartment Sizes
Apartments come in four sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Penthouse. The size decides how much room there is to build inside, and which rentable locations the apartment can be attached to.
Moving out
All furniture and stations, including accumulated XP, are removed if you give up an apartment. If the apartment has a rented plot at the time, the lease transfers to the new occupant and can be kept or renewed as desired.

Renting Overworld Entrances
An apartment can be attached to a rentable location — an entrance out on the overworld (for example, near Granny Smith). Nearly every rentable location asks for a Small apartment; the two exceptions, NT_2 and NT_3 in Neo-Tilus, accept any size. Rent is quoted per day and paid up front for a term of 7 or 28 days, in gold and — at the Virelda locations — materials as well. To rent:
- Find an "Open" tag on an entrance
- Activate the entrance to open the rent dialog
- Select duration and enable "Auto-renew" if desired
Furnishings & Editing

You can decorate your apartment with:
- Crafting Stations and Generators from Yoku Forge
- Event decorations (for example, Halloweeb)
Use the Apartment Editor to place items. Each floor is an individual room, so plan your layout accordingly.
The best way to start editing is to see how far each floor can reach. Each floor in a medium apartment can use 36 tiles, and can only be 9x9, or 81 total tiles. With three floors to work with, a player can build a layout that is both functional and distinct from everyone else's.
"The Apartment Editor can be tricky when sizing floors. Add a co-manager to help if needed." — Community feedback
Crafting Stations & Generators
Crafting Stations require power from Generators fueled by coal or fuel sources from hacking. All generators must have fuel to operate any station.
Recipes & Blueprints
Stations and Generators start at Level 1. Reach Level 2 to unlock more recipes once enough experience is earned. When starting out, promoting your apartment for experience at each station is essential. It's worth setting the gold-per-minute to free or very little so that more people use your stations and level them quicker. Special recipes drop from dungeon chests or come from trade, each with limited crafts. The higher the tier of recipe, the fewer items players can craft from it.
Options
- Toggle Generators/Stations ON or OFF
- Set visitor crafting fees per minute
- Cancel pending orders
Earning gold from your Apartment
You can earn gold through rentals, with prime locations (for example, near DeSat Bank or Witch Doctor) generating more.
