Gear

Necrotic Belt is a armor piece worn in the beltslot. It can be found in dungeon chests, where dropped copies roll bonus stats.

Possible rolls

A dungeon-dropped copy carries one of 5 predefined bonus packages on top of the base stats. A package's stats come together as a set — they are not rolled one by one. Higher-rarity packages carry more bonus stats at higher values, and rolls are weighted toward lower rarities. Crafted copies have base stats only.

Possible bonus rolls

Rarity	Bonus stats
Legendary	+2 more of: Critical Strike Damage +(20.5–21)% Physical Damage +(5–5.5)% Attack Speed +(4.25–4.4)% Duration +(16.5–19.5) Knockback +(18–19.5)

Legendary Effect

Legendary On cast Legendary Chakram Barrage - Chakram is 50% smaller, and you throw 2 more Chakrams with a 0.5s interval.
