Account Security

Account security is a top priority in Soulbound, as account theft and phishing attempts are common due to the value of in-game accounts and items. Scammers often use tactics such as in-game spam, fake social media profiles, phishing websites, and misleading ads—each posing as exclusive rewards. These scams are designed to harvest your login credentials.

Scams and Luring

Scams and lures are fraudulent in-game methods where players try to trick you into revealing your assets or credentials.

  • Never respond to unsolicited trade offers promising rare items or gold.
  • Do not share your password, recovery codes, or wallet keys with anyone.
  • Report any suspicious user or link to the moderation team immediately.

Soulbound Account

The Soulbound Account system gives you a secure, flexible way to log in. On your Settings page, you can link Discord, Twitter, Google, email, and Web3 wallets. Connecting multiple methods greatly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.

Important:

  • Web3 Wallets: You alone are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Soulbound cannot recover lost or compromised wallet keys.
  • Account Recovery: Use a single sign-on or secure email address—without them, regaining access is not guaranteed.
  • Support: If you need help, contact our support team via Discord or the official support ticket system. Always safeguard your login methods—losing access could mean permanent loss of your account.

By following these steps and linking multiple login options, you’ll protect your in-game progress and personal data within Soulbound.
